The Pentair 25005-0015 is the separation bag for the 60 separation tank assembly. It is the genuine Pentair replacement.
What it does
A separation tank exists to hold what comes out of the filter so it does not go down a drain or across the yard. The bag inside is the part doing the catching. Everything else is just the vessel around it.
When to change it
Bags are consumable. Once one is torn, split along a seam, or loaded to the point where flow falls away, it stops holding solids reliably and should be replaced. Order by part number 25005-0015 to match the 60 tank.
